Hard to believe another year has come and gone!  2023 was one of our best years yet.  We welcomed over 1,100 Agents and over 450 suppliers to our events across the globe.  Let’s take a minute to look back on this year.

Amazing Destination Experience

Amazing Destination Experience is our newest offering, specifically focused on partnering with destinations around the world to act as a conduit in connecting them with U.S. Travel Advisors.  February of 2023 we connected for an incredible experience in Thailand.  Advisors learned extensively about the country and culture of Thailand.  

Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum

LVTAF is our biggest event and 2023 was no different.  With nearly 1,000 Agents in attendance and a Travel Supplier base from around the globe, Las Vegas gave everyone a chance to meet, connect, and learn.  Las Vegas is a one-stop-shop for Agents and Suppliers to grow their network and their business.

Romance Travel Forum

We brought Romance to Secrets Moxche in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico this year! Advisors and Suppliers participated in one-to-one meetings accounting for more than 4,000 unique connections. Beyond products and destinations, Advisors took part in a special WedTalks Ideas Worth Loving feature, a panel discussion focused on new trends and booking habits, plus a series of Peer-to-Peer discussions.  This event was extra special as we were celebrating 10 years of love at RTF!

Travel Agency Owners Forum

Agency Owners from across the United States gathered in Anchorage, Alaska for an unforgettable experience.  There were Glaciers and Northern Lights … Moose and Sled Dogs … Train Rides and Helicopter Tours.  But on top of all the incredible experiences that Visit Anchorage set our event up with, Agency Owners were able to meet and connect to discuss the specific issues that face them most.  Whether it was accounting, managing or anything in between, the Peer-to-Peer groups were the most engaging part of this trip.

European Travel Agent Forum

Ciao Italia!  Our annual ETAF event took place in beautiful Senigallia on Italy’s Adriatic coast.  This event focuses on you guessed it … all things Europe.  Travel Advisors were hand selected for this event based on their strong production and growth based on European vacation bookings.  Agents met with Suppliers from over 15 countries to learn more about how they could grow and expand their European business.

We’re even more excited about what’s to come for 2024.  We’ll be kickstarting in our 2024 suite of events in Las Vegas!  Keep an eye out for all of our 2024 event announcements!
