What is new and exciting with your brand?

Although we have over 40 years of combined experience offering tours and excursions RFA is now entering into its 4th year.  During the growing period we’ve managed to become the exclusive operator in Orlando for some of the largest travel companies in the world.  Because of our products, the quality, and superb customer service we’ve held the #1 spot on TripAdvisor for the last 2 years. 

What unique value proposition does your company offer to travelers?

We are a welcomed break from the theme parks.  Our expert guidance and efficient itineraries let guests see the real Florida in a convenient way that makes lasting memories.  I think guests will always remember swimming with manatees or seeing huge gators from an airboat versus the time spent waiting in lines to experience a 3-minute ride.

Tell us about a success story when you worked with a Travel Agent?

We had a Travel Agent that was using a “third party” to book a tour however there was no availability for that day through them.  It was the guest’s birthday and bucket list to swim with manatees. When they reached out to us directly we managed to get them on the trip.  The guest had a fantastic day and the Agent made the sale and got their commission.

What tools and/or resources does your company offer on an ongoing basis for Travel Agents?

Complete training videos on all our products, cheat sheets, image library, and more. We can also set them up to have access through an affiliate portal where they can see real time availability and book directly into our system.  And, we are always a phone call away to assist.  Straight to our team and not a call center.

What commission structures or awards does your company offer to Travel Agents?

We offer a 15% commission on all Travel Agent bookings.  We also have special pricing for Agents who want to experience one of our tours.
